Return Policy 
 
Please review and accept the conditions of the www.surdyke.com return policy to proceed. If you are aware of our conditions and want to proceed now, you may: Login Now to process your return/warranty request.
 
 
 
1:All return inquiries must be submitted by logging in your customer Surdyke.com Account and select the order number containing the parts you want to return. Login Now to process your return/warranty request. You must include a detailed reason as to why you are returning the part or your return request can be denied.  Login Now to process your return/warranty request.
 
2: Shipping charges are not refundable. No orders beyond 30 days old can be returned.
 
3: All orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge, and we reserve the right to refuse any return/warranty.  If your return is deemed to be our fault your re-stocking fee will be waived.  Your part must be shipped to the returns department at your own expense within 14 days once the Pre-Approval RMA number is issued.
 
4. There are no exchanges or cash refunds on returns. Refunds are reimbursed via www.surdyke.com gift card.  If you need a replacement part immediately we recommend you place a new order on-line for the part at your own convenience.
 
5. All returns must pass an inspection prior to having a replacement or gift card issued (no exceptions).If your return does not pass inspection from the returns department your return will have to be sent back at your own expense, whichever carrier you choose. 
6: All returns must have original packaging and be in resalable condition (no writing on packages, all hardware accounted for, and instruction sheets included. Any package not meeting these requirements will not be accepted as a valid return and sent back to the customer at their expense). 
 
7: There are NO returns on Painted Parts, Electrical Items, Closeout's, locks, keys, Speedo's/tachometers(KPH or MPH), seats, HDI product, Helmets, Buell parts, vendor direct special orders, any item requiring a VIN number to complete the order, aftermarket items, or discount bin (sold as is) items.
 
9: All returns can take 2-4 weeks to be returned, inspected, and approved for warranty.
 
10: Any return request that does not contain the proper return/warranty authorization (RMA number) will not be accepted as a valid return or warranty and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 
 
11. Any return request requiring additional shipping will be accounted for and charged to the customers account.
 
12. Your return will need to be received within 14 days of when you are issued a Pre-Approval number to meet the return deadlines.  If your return is received 14 days after your return has been approved your return will be denied and returned back to you at your own expense. 13.  Surdyke.com Customer Loyalty Rebate Program:
 
As a member of the Surdyke.Com Customer Loyalty program you are eligible to qualify for a “Rebate” during exclusive promotions offered on www.surdyke.com.   When a “Rebate” offer is available total rebate will appear in your customer history once your “Qualified” order is updated to the status “Warehouse Transfer”.   Your “Rebate” can only be redeemed according to the exclusive promotion terms.  Example:  “Qualify for a 5% rebate on your order total between 1-1-15 and 1-5-15.  You are eligible to redeem your “rebate” between 1-25-15 and 1-31-15  unless otherwise noted.”   *** If you return an item from your qualified order the rebate will be adjusted accordingly and the rebate will be forfeited.   Rebates may NOT be combined with any other promo code. 
 
Warranty Return Policy:
 
Our Part Warranty Policy is Simple... Please review and accept the conditions of Surdyke.COM warranty policy to proceed. 
 
 
 
1:All warranty inquiries must be submitted by logging in your customer Surdyke.com Account.  You must include a detailed explanation as to why the part is qualified for warranty or your request will be denied. Login Now to process your return/warranty request.   Examples of accepted warranty items are damaged or defective, miss-packaged or missing parts when you received them. 2: No parts ordered beyond 14 days of the shipped date can be submitted for warranty.
 
3: If your warranty is pre-approved you will receive a Call Tag to send the merchandise to us.  All pre-approved warranties must be received in our warehouse within 14 days that the pre-approval is issued.

10. Your return MUST be received within 14 days of your warranty request pre-approval to meet the warranty deadlines.  If your return is received 14 days after your warranty has been approved your warranty will be denied and returned back to you at your own expense.
